The Better Living Home, Garden & Lifestyle Show is coming up March 22-24 at the Portland Expo Center. In addition to finding lots of eco solutions for your home, vegans and vegetarians will enjoy the show’s Vegan Village. The village will be packed full of exhibitors offering information and samples of vegan products. The ever-popular Larry and Luna’s Coconut Bliss will surely go through many gallons of their delicious frozen treat. Wine lovers will enjoy the organic, sulfite-free, biodynamic wines made by Frey Vineyards. Teas, soy products and other delicious samples will be on offer.
The non-treat obsessed can tear themselves away from the Vegan Village to learn about sustainable products, eco-chic fashion, green technology and electric vehicles. You can enter to win prizes like a green paint job (you can probably choose a different color) from Miller Paint, deluxe Timbers packages or plants from Al’s Garden Center.
The show runs Friday, March 22 from noon to 8 p.m.; Saturday, March 23, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.; and Sunday, March 24, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is free. The Expo Center is located at 2060 N Marine Drive.
