Go See: Joshua Radin at the Gothic Theater on 11/20/10

When you think about learning an instrument and becoming successful within two years, most people would brush you off. If there is one artist who shows that learning an instrument is never too late, it would be Joshua Radin. Not only does he have a lucrative recording career, he also is an accomplished actor and artist.

After learning the guitar in 2004, he immediately became a sensation with his debut album We Were Here in 2006. Most of that album had been featured on almost every popular television series, including Grey’s Anatomy, American Idol, and Scrubs. He also garnered attention from none other than the Rolling Stone magazine.

Following We Were Here, Joshua Radin released his second album Simple Times in 2008. Songs from this album were featured on some of the same shows and several movies like The Last Kiss and Dear John. It debuted at number 34 on the Billboard 200 regardless of being released in digital only format. His third album The Rock and The Tide was released in October of this year and has received even more buzz throughout the folk music spectrum.

Coming to Denver to promote his new album, Joshua Radin will be playing at The Gothic Theatre on November 20, 2010. The show starts at 8:00 pm, costs $20 in advance and $22 dos and is 16+ with a valid ID. Make sure to go see this amazing artist and maybe get some inspiration for your own musical career.
