Dietrich Mateschitz owns luscious Laucala Island, in Fiji. He also happens to be the co-founder of the energy drink company Red Bull as well as a creative innovator who is adding a DeepFlight Super Falcon submersible to the host of amenities on his 3,200-estate Polynesian playground.
The state of the art, two–person winged submersible craft will be offered to guests in available for guest use starting Nov. 1, 2013 for an additional fee of $1,700 for a two hour voyage. The sub dive deep into the South Pacific Ocean for amazing views of indigenous marine life.

Formerly owned by the Forbes family, Mateschitz bought the island in 2002 and opened it to the public in 2011 as the southern hemisphere’s largest private island resort.
