The Adventist Youth Department of the Greater New York Conference is looking for actors to experience the passion and share the hope in 'The Risen,' a play that will debut on Sept. 14 at Camp Berkshire.
On Mar. 10, the production staff will screen actors in three time slots from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. at the Ridgewood Seventh-day Adventist Church, 1925 Gates Ave. Ridgewood, NY 11385.
Interested in auditioning? Then bring a recent headshot or picture of yourself with your name on it, a schedule of availability for rehearsals and tech day until the performance, a prepared contemporary or period monologue. There is also the option of performing a story or referencing the following scriptures as a source: males as Job (Job 10:1-15) and females as Mary (Luke 1:46-55).
