Historical two day mission
Global Media Outreach also known as GMO, on online Christian ministry, created a challenge to reach a million unique viewers to their site in one day. Not only did they reach the one million visitors online in one day, they hit over 2.5 million in two consecutive days using internet marketing through paid advertising. According to GMO, COO, Mark Weimer – on Thursday, March 24, 2011 they hit the one million mark and over 100,000 people made a spiritual decision to accept Christ as their Lord and Savior. Then on Friday March 25th, a partner encouraged them to try to reach 1.5 million people. By 11 p.m. that night they had over 1.5 million visitors, with an additional 144,000 indicating a decision to be a Christ follower.
Headquartered in Silicon Valley, California GMO is a partner of Campus Crusade for Christ. They have offices in various parts of the country, including here in Orlando, FL which is the headquarters of Campus Crusade for Christ International. This is GMO's description of themselves:

GMO’s main function is to reach people for Christ using the internet. They also have volunteer online-missionaries all over the world. For more information on how to become an online missionary, all you need is a personal relationship with Christ, a servant’s heart, access to a computer and internet connection. The need is great for English as well as people who can read and write foreign languages, including Spanish, Russian and Mandarin.
