GMC TV announces Easter week program schedule (Video)

GMC TV has announced its annual 2013 Easter holiday programming. This year's Easter schedule will feature the new original GMC World Premiere Movie, "The Carpenter’s Miracle," as well as “The Greatest Stories of the Bible” movie event, the original series “Heartland” and a marathon of the family favorite “Touched by an Angel" on "Miracle Sunday."

"The Carpenter’s Miracle" will be shown on Sat., Mar. 30 and Easter Sunday, Mar. 31 at 7, 9 and 11 p.m. ET. Starring Cameron Mathison (”All My Children”), Michelle Harrison, Sarah-Jane Redmond (“Smallville”) and Ryan Grantham (Diary of a Wimpy Kid), "The Carpenter’s Miracle" tells the tale of Josh, a carpenter in a small town. However, when his touch miraculously brings a dead boy back, everything changes.

Also, beginning on Palm Sunday and continuing throughout Easter week, GMC TV will feature a collection of the “Greatest Stories of the Bible” including Esther, Book of Ruth, Jeremiah and more. All times are ET. Check local listing for times.

The Gospel Music Channel was founded in 2004 by Charles Humbard, the son of televangelist Rex Humbard, as an alternative to other television programming.
