GMA counts down to Oscars in lineup week of Feb 6-10

Good Morning America counts down to the Oscars during the week of February 6-10, 2012, according to a February 3, 2012, press release from ABC Television Network. GMA is a two-hour, live program anchored by Robin Roberts and George Stephanopoulos. Josh Elliott is the news anchor, Lara Spencer is lifestyle anchor and Sam Champion is the weather anchor. The morning news program airs Monday-Friday (7:00-9:00 a.m) on ABC Television Network. 

The guest lineup for the week includes Atticus Shaffer, the cast of The Artist, Cheryl Burke, Eloise Mumford, Ali Wentworth, Tim McGraw and Faith Hill, Viola Davis, Bobby Flay and Ann Burrell and David Arquette.

  Monday, February 6:  Actor Atticus Shaffer (ABC's The Middle) appears. GMA counts down to Oscar Sunday with an interview with the cast of the Oscar nominated film The Help. Cameron Mathison profiles Jean Dujardin and Berenice Bejo of the award winning, Oscar nominated film The Artist (Cast of The Artist in Paris celebrate Oscar nods).  Pro dancer Cheryl Burke (Dancing with the Stars) talks about n her book, Dancing Lessons: How I found Passion and Potential on the Dance Floor.

Tuesday, February 7:  Guests include actress Eloise Mumford (ABC's paranormal thriller The River).  Ali Wentworth (Ali in Wonderland and Other Tall Tales), who will also co-host on The View (The View guest lineup week of Feb. 6-10); and Diane von Furstenberg with her favorite fashions for Spring.
 
Wednesday, February 8: Country super star couple Tim McGraw & Faith Hill appear.  Randy Fenoli (TLC's Say Yes to the Dress) talks about the latest on wedding dress extremes.  Chef Elizabeth Karmel talks about cast iron cooking.  A couple who adopted a baby through Facebook talk about their experience.
 
Thursday, February 9:  Academy Award Best Actress nominee Viola Davis (The Help) appears.  Food Network's Worst Chefs in America hosts Bobby Flay and Anne Burrell talk about their competitive series.  Workplace contributor Tory Johnson talks on secret steals and deals for viewers. The six new breeds of dogs competing at Westminster Dog Show will be previewed. The Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show airs on USA Network.  
 
Friday, February 10:Actor David Arquette (Disney Junior's Jake and The Never Land Pirates) appears. People Style Watch's Kate Dimmock brings hot Valentine's Day gifts, GMA's coat drive continues.
