some scenes especially in the introduction should have been shot in black in white for a more realistic presentation.
How can black and white be more realistic than color?
the best, i like it
Why are their hairs so long? Ha, ha... It is supposedly taken from old times but their hairs are long! Ha, ha....
That's how it is in the old times.
long hairs?...maybe they dont have scissors during that time?...
My tears dropped..!!.at the beginning i tried to suppress my emotions...this is very very good presentation of our national anthem, it represented our Filipino heritage how we come about as a country of freedom loving people.
I think this is appropriate for all of Manny Pacquiao's fights from here on...however, (pardon if i say so)...the last portion showing the GMA people and the GMA ID should not be included...so that the barrier is removed...meaning this presentation embraces the heart of all Filipinos including rival networks.
This Presentation has lots of cut-scenes... They cut the Manila Bus Hostage Scene, Ampatuan Massacre Scene, Dona Paz Scene.. Etc etc etc..
If you don't love your country and proud to be pinoy, then who are you? American? It's either you're white or black before you can enter the mainstream America. Look at the Latinos, Chinese, Indians, Italians, Arabs, etc. They live who they are that's why they're recognize and respected.
This is a non-sense presentation since protecting our country from other countries seems not a patriotic thing but a selfish act to gain power. The true picture of Philippines now shows how the so called "hero" turn our country to poverty till now. Open your eyes and see the result of their revolution....POVERTY!!!!
Hongkong is a good example of a conquered country. But look at they now????.... and look what we are now????..... we are the slave of hongkong and other countries without WAR!!!! We are the victims of our own HERO!! Are they really a HERO?????? Its the results of what they did that counts. Just look what we are now?! CORRUPTION FOREVER AND POVERTY TO THE MAX!!
Are they really a hero or just an ASSHOLE who want to rule our country and gain wealth and power just like our politicians now..???

I bet 1000% Philippines would have been a better place to live in today in terms of economy, governance, finance , culture and discipline if we did not declare independence from USA in 1948 under the government of Manuel Quezon. Just look at Hawaii, Guam, Alaska, Texas and Puerto Rico;.

The "real" hawaiians I know are always talking about wanting to be independent from the US. They often say how they were tricked by the American to overthrow their own queen for promises of riches and a better life. Laws were introduced to prohibited from speaking and writing their own native language. The hawaiian language culture had been obliterated. While they have reconstructed their language, a lot of hawaiian artifacts as well as many hawaiian words have been lost forever. Not to mention being force off their own land. So you say a better place in terms of culture, the philippine culture will be gone and replaced with an american culture. I tell you that we american do not have the rich history and culture of say, the Greek, Spain, British, German, Japan, China, India. the US is only some 200 years old. Where as these other countries are thousands of years of history and culture.
Who do you thing will benefit from becoming a US state? I agree that the economic development, cities and roads would benefit from becoming a US state. But the philippine people will suffer. Why? The foreigners will come in and buy up all the land. They will offer the land owners a few thousand dollars for their land which will be irresistable to the people cause they have never seen that much money. But for the foreigners its only a few months work. Soon the all the philippine people will be living on the streets, then the laws come in to protect the foreigners interest. So all those squatters, they will demolish those hand made shacks and probably put you in jail and move you out of the city so that the city will become beautiful. Just look what we did to the Native Americans, we put them on isolated lands that nobody wanted. Look at the Mexicans, we took their land which is now parts of California and Texas. Look at the hawaiian. If you've ever been to hawaii, ask them if they are "real" hawaiian. I'll be surprised if you find a true hawaiian. Those that look hawaiians are really samoans, or filipino, or guam or some other polynesian. If you are lucky enough to find a true hawaiian, they are probably 1/8 or 1/16 hawaiian. They will tell you that their great-great grandfather was a 100% hawaiian.
How come the characters are all 'tisoys' and 'tisays'. Where are the kayumanggis? I don't think they had bleaching soap and gluthatione back then.
hahaha.... salita daw ng pagbabago tignan mo naman ung sinulat pagmumura naman.. mukhang violence na yata ang message nang film presentation... parang tama nga nung nagcomment na isa....PEACE!!!!
