Chocolate Lovers: Have you ever had a craving for a rich, chocolatey fudge something that was easy to make that would fulfill your instant gratification for a yummy, naughty dessert fix?

Especially late at night when you are too comfy to go out on a dessert run, but awake enough to follow a simple recipe, while adding some of your own at-home ingredients to improvise, because it is too late to go to the market?

Just found this recipe which will fulfill your chocolate cravings in an instant and keep you from feeling too guilty. It’s not only gluten free and raw, it’s vegan! For a variation on a theme, you can even add some kale(LOL) which will be masked by the fudge. Or add some dried, (no added sugar) coconut flakes, some raisins, or whatever you may have on hand. Some of your favorite nut butter? Eat your heart out, baby!

2 Tablespoons/20g cacao nibs
Extra cacao powder for raw or natural un-dutched cocoa powder if not for dusting tops

Whisk in the maple syrup and a pinch of salt until fully combined.
Mix in the freeze dried raspberries, chopped almonds and cacao nibs.
Pour into parchment-lined loaf pan. Let set up in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
