Gluten-free webinar from New Hope 360 on May 7

As I have watched the gluten-free market grow and transition to mainstream markets over the years, it still doesn't appear to be slowing down quite yet. I am seeing a positive shift towards healthier products that use fiberful grains, eliminate artificial dyes and colors, exclude additional allergens (soy, dairy, eggs, and grains, etc.) and include alternate forms of sugar. The Gluten Free: What's Next? free webinar on May 7 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern and 11:00 a.m. Pacific will discuss the evolving category of gluten-free products in natural and mainstream markets.

The webinar will be led by Elisa Bosley, Delicious Living, Lola O'Rourke, for the Gluten Intolerance Group of North America, and Stuart Couturier from Sprouts Farmers Market. They will address the latest insights on the key characteristics of today’s gluten-free shopper, product innovation and opportunities, and retail strategies to reach this important and continually growing demographic.

The webinar is free to attend, but you need to pre-register to participate. I am planning to join in this informative discussion and I hope you will too.
