People with Celiac disease (and others who must eat GF) are sure to love these easy-to-make bar cookies. Enjoy them at your Labor Day cook-out or wrap them in a little wax paper and pop them in the lunch bags for school lunches next week.
Yummy Bars

6 oz. semisweet chocolate chips
1 C. flaked coconut
1 C. chopped nuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In 13 x 9 inch pan, melt butter in oven. Sprinkle cereal crumbs over butter; pour condensed milk evenly over the crumbs. Mix remaining ingredients and sprinkle them over the milk, pressing firmly. Bake for about 30 minutes or until lightly brown. Cool and cut into bars.
