Gluten-free cooking class at Pica Pica Maize Kitchen, Monday April 4 at 6pm

Come and learn how to make some delicious Venezuelan and naturally gluten-free food. Owner Adriana Lopez Vermut will teach students how to make arepas (sweet corn bread), one of their delicious chicken fillings and fried sweet plantains. She will also share tips on how she runs her gluten-free restaurant. Here are the details:
