The undeniable truth is that it’s hard to be happy when your food source is lacking, especially in taste. Although Celiac disease may be on the rise, your enraged tastebuds don’t have to be. Wheat and gluten products may serve as an irritant to your intestines, but a gluten-free cake doesn’t have to serve as an irritant to your finely acquired tastes.
