Whole Foods' Salud! cooking school is hosting a gluten-free baking class Saturday, May 17 from 9:30 a.m.- 12:30 p.m. at their Alpharetta location. This hands-on class will be taught by Courtney Lee, founder of Southern Table Provisions, and it will cost $55 per person to attend.
Courtney is gluten intolerant and she has poured her passion for baking delicious gluten-free foods into everything that is created at Southern Table Provisions. Courtney will teach students that preparing gluten-free brunch doesn't mean sacrificing flavor, or missing out on family favorites. The menu includes: Blueberry Muffins, Biscuits, Brunch Casserole, and Banana Bread.
To me, brunch is the most enjoyable meal to share with family and friends, so I am always interested to try out new recipes. If you are interested in attending this cooking class, you can register here. They are expecting a large crowd, so register early.
