Learning more about gluten sensitiviy, intolerance, and allergies is good for everyone. More and more folks are dealing with it in some form, either temporarily or permanently. It behooves one to be aware of what options are available. Odds are, someone; a family member, friend, co-worker, or acquaintance will need some accomodation at table one time or another.

Sarah's House of Clay has a workshop locally, offers pottery classes, and all kinds of beautiful, durable, and glazed clay goods. They have everything from plates and spoonrests to buttons.
