If you are like me, then you might be worried about overindulging during the upcoming holiday season, so now is the time to define a plan of attack to keep weight gain to a minimum. The Williams-Sonoma at the Forum in Norcross is hosting a gluten, dairy, and soy-free cooking class tonight from 7- 8 p.m. that promises a nutritious and delicious game plan.
The class is being taught in conjunction with Arbonne and on the menu is: Braised Chicken and Artichokes, Zucchini Lasagna, Kale Salad, Berry Sorbet, and Pumpkin Lattes. Attendees will sample and leave with all of the recipes, so they can be re-created at home. Everyone also receives a 10% discount on non-sale items just for attending.
