Gluten, dairy, and soy-free cooking class at Williams-Sonoma

If you are like me, then you probably indulged over the holiday season and now you are trying to get back on the road to losing a few pounds. The Williams-Sonoma at the Forum in Norcross is hosting a gluten, dairy, and soy-free cooking class on January 29 at 7 p.m. that promises a nutritious and delicious start to 2013.

The class is being taught in conjunction with Arbonne and the menu is: Golden Beet and Sunflower Salad, Sicilian Style Shrimp with cauliflower and almond, and Apple Spice Hummus. Attendees will sample and leave with all of the recipes, so they can be re-created at home.
