This gluten and dairy free pumpkin cream cheese frosting may be used as a spread on your favorite breads or as a filling for festive fall cakes and desserts. Enjoy!
You will need:
8 oz Daiya plain dairy-free cream cheese
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Cinnamon and Pumpkin pie spice
and Honey (or agave for vegan) to taste
2 tsp of truvia or brown sugar for added sweetness
Combine all in a bowl or food processor, spread, and enjoy!
