The Williams-Sonoma at the Forum is hosting a gluten and dairy free cooking class Tuesday, August 26 from 7- 8 p.m. where fabulous recipes will be created and sampled. The class is being taught in conjunction with Arbonne, so all of the recipes will be sugar free as well.
Gather around the stove in the center of the store and watch Chef Jake Orr make: gluten-free pasta and pesto. Not sure what else he'll prepare, but homemade gluten-free noodles are on the menu. Part of the class involves the chef demonstrating appliances and tools from the store, but the food is the real star of the class.
Attendees will sample and leave with all of the recipes, and they will receive a 10% discount on non-sale items just for attending.
