Country group Gloriana will be on hand to sing the National Anthem at the AFC Championship game between the New England Patriots and the Baltimore Ravens this Sunday, Jan. 20, at Gillette Stadium. The game will be broadcast live on CBS at 3:30 p.m. PT.
Gloriana's Rachel Reinert spoke in a press release about Gloriana being part of the AFC Championship game, saying, " I grew up in a big football family. My brothers all played so to get to be a part of such a big game is really exciting. We cannot wait."
Gloriana's current single "Can't Shake You" is in the Top 30 and moving on up the charts. The group is currently getting ready to hit the road with country superstar Alan Jackson on select dates, as well as headlining dates on their own across the country. They'll even be making a stop here in Chico kicking off the Silver Dollar Fair on May 23.
Last year was a great year for the country trio, as they say their single, "(Kissed You) Good Night" become the most played country single by a group at Country Radio. The song was their fastest-rising single to date, and they also released their critically acclaimed second studio album, "A Thousand Miles Left Behind" in July, which debuted at #2 on Billboard's Top 200.
