Attorney Gloria Allred recently appeared on “The Joy Behar Show” on HLN to discuss the action that should be taken against David Letterman in light of his admission that he was sleeping with employees. According to Allred—who wrote an open letter to the talk show host admonishing his “sexual favoritism”—when female employees are in an environment where sexual favors are exchanged for career advancement, those who do not participate in this tit for tat may actually be able to sue their employer. Terry O'Neill, President of The National Organization for Women, also appeared on the segment.
