WWE superstars Zeb Colter and Jack Swagger issued a challenge via YouTube to conservative talk show host Glenn Beck following his recent rant that claimed the WWE is entertainment for “stupid people,” TMZ reported on Feb. 22.
Breaking character, Colter [Wayne Keown] and Swagger [Jake Hager] offered Beck the opportunity to address “stupid wrestling community” on “Monday Night Raw.”

On a recent radio show, Glenn Beck blasted the WWE for mocking him and claiming the WWE is entertainment for “stupid people.” Beck continued his rant, accusing the WWE of degrading tea party advocates as racist, unrealistic caricatures.
Wayne Keown, who portrays the WWE character Zebediah Colter, explained that there are protagonists and antagonists in the WWE, an entertainment business. Everything the WWE characters do is “designed to tell stories.” Keown, Joined by Jake Hager, who portrays WWE wrestling superstar Jack Swagger, pointed out that wrestling is simply harmless entertainment, no different from “NCIS” or “Glee.”
Keown explained that as antagonists, he and Hager dealing with a current, relevant, topical story of immigration which targets the WWE champion Alberto Del Rio, the protagonist.
In response to the offer to address the “stupid wrestling community,” on “Monday Night Raw,” Beck tweeted on Feb. 22:
“Unfortunately I am currently booked doing anything else.”
