A dangerous wildfire started Thursday morning in the Angeles National Forest near Glendora. The fire was centered in the San Gabriel Mountains just north of Glendora, about 25 miles northeast of downtown Los Angeles. Unfortunately, the fire is growing rapidly. Southern California authorities have ordered the evacuation of homes. Citrus College canceled classes for the day. Nearby schools in Pasadena are monitoring the air quality resulting from the fire. If needed, they will keep students inside.
