"Glee" plans to honor the late character Finn Hudson (Cory Monteith) in the show's upcoming 100th episode.

This week, Roric Ruegsegger, a member of the show's costume department, posted a picture of Finn's old football jersey hanging in the halls of McKinley High. As Wetpaint reported on January 20, 2014, Finn's jersey will be on display in the boys' locker room.

This is not the first of Finn's articles of clothing to be memorialized. His letterman jacket played a pivotal role in the Monteith tribute episode, "The Quarterback."

Although Finn's ex-girlfriend, Quinn (Dianna Agron) was not in the Monteith tribute episode, she will return for the 100th episode. Chace Crawford will also guest star as a love interest for Quinn.

This 100th episode will also feature returning original cast members Heather Morris, Harry Shum Jr., and Amber Riley, as well as returning guest stars Kristin Chenoweth and Gwyneth Paltrow.

"Glee" will be moving to New York City full-time for the remainder of the fifth season. Season 6 will be the final season, as TV Line reported back in October. Creator Ryan Murphy explained that the series finale will pay tribute to the late Monteith.

As he commented, "I have a good idea. I'm going to tell the studio and the network how after Cory’s unfortunate passing we can end the show that I think is very satisfactory. And kind of in his honor, which I love."
