A "Glee" star is being sued for sexual assault. On Jan 23, Reality TV Magazine reported that Mark Salling is being sued for sexual assault by his ex-girlfriend. Does this news shock you?
Mark is known for playing Puck on the hit show "Glee." He has also helped out on "The Glee Project." The court documents show that on Jan. 18 Roxanne Gorzella filed charges on him. She is saying they were in a relationship together and that he is guilty of sexual battery, assault, and intentional infliction of emotional distress while they were together.
She is saying he even pushed her down and caused injuries. She says this happened after she asked him about STDs. The thing is that she did not report any of this until the two were no longer together. Mark's rep says that there is no truth to it at all. He is not speaking out though just letting business be handled like it should.
