Matthew Morrison has been a part of plenty of success thanks to Fox's "Glee," but with that also comes a certain level of public attention by the paparazzi. In a new interview with Parade Magazine, the 31-year old actor says he can "handle" romance rumors, even the ones that proclaim that he cheated on his ex-fiancee with Lea Michele while the two were on Broadway:
“It’s so laughable...There’s the one about Lea and myself, and we were literally on set and I got a call from my publicist, and [Lea] got a call a minute later. And we looked at each other like, ‘What the [expletive]?’
“I feel like I can handle this stuff because I don’t really care. I’ve never gotten into tabloids and I don’t really care about it now, but I just feel bad for other people in my life who are getting dragged into it. It just kinda sucks.”
On the small screen, Morrison's character of Will Schuester also faces a certain amount of romantic uncertainty. He is divorcing wife Terri, and has already invited April to sleep at his house and kissed Vocal Adrenaline's head coach. (This is without even including his subplot with Emma.)
Do you think it's unfair that the "Glee" stars have to handle so much more negativity from the paparazzi now? Let me know your thoughts and stay tuned for more TV news. To view my most recent show recap, click here -- photos are at this link.
