Mark Salling, the “Glee” star, is being sued by his ex-girlfriend Roxanne Gorzela. Gorzela is alleging that Salling committed sexual battery by forcing her to have sex without a condom according to Us Weekly on Jan. 19.
Gorzela has claimed that she met up with Salling in March 2011 before traveling to Canada. Gorzela agreed to have sex with Salling but only if he used a condom. According to Gorzela’s lawsuit, Salling ignored her and did not use a condom.
Gorzela confronted Salling later that month at his home about the incident but was surprised when she found him in bed with another woman. Gorzela demanded that Salling prove he was STD free but instead according to Gorzela, Salling pushed her to the ground.
Gorzela filed a police report the same day and is now seeking unspecified damages. Salling’s rep did talk with TMZ and is denying that this incident happened.
So is Roxanne Gorzela just a upset girlfriend that no long has Mark Salling’s attention or are her accusations true?
