Sue is going to blackmail Blaine soon. She wants him back on her Cheerios, and she will do anything to get what she wants. Jane Lynch teased the blackmail in a new interview, and she said the following, according to Spoilers Guide:
"It’s one big thing, and they’re having a feud. They duel it out. I won’t say how — but there is a duel. Not with swords. Maybe they do [sing] and maybe they don’t. I will neither confirm nor deny that."
However, previously released spoilers for episode 4.16 have teased a performance by Blaine and Sue. The pair will perform a Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj mash up with the songs "I Still Believe" and "Super Bass" on the next episode.
