This Sunday, some of the biggest names in Hollywood will come together for Fox's 2012 Teen Choice Awards. The show will honor the top picks of teenagers in the categories of television, movies and music. Kevin McHale, star of Fox's "Glee," has landed the gig of co-hosting with Demi Lovato. But could this partnership extend into a guest role for the pop star on "Glee" this season?
During a Q&A session with Kevin today, the Glee Examiner spoke with Kevin about his upcoming hosting job as well as his hopes for a Demi guest spot on his hit show.
When asked about the likelihood of persuading Demi to join "Glee" during season four, Kevin assured me that the thought has crossed his mind.
"I would definitely ask her to do that!"
Artie even had a specific role in mind for Demi, if she would in fact be asked to do the show.
"We haven't met Artie's family yet so maybe she could be my sister."
Referring to his experience at Comic-Con over the weekend, Kevin admitted he spent a lot of time looking around asking himself, "Now who can we get on the show here?"
While Kevin has some great ideas for guest appearances, he joked that he doesn't necessarily have the pull to make his ideas come to fruition.
We might never get to see Kevin and Demi on "Glee," but we can at least see them together in action as they take on the live hosting job at the Teen Choice Awards this weekend. Kevin confidently promoted their "good chemistry on stage" and assures fans that "Teen Choice is always fun and super crazy."
Tune in to watch Kevin McHale and Demi Lovato host the 2012 Teen Choice Awards on Fox this Sunday, July 22 at 10pm Eastern.
