"Glee" fans have always known that star Lea Michele can sing, and now more of the world will get to sample her voice. Today, reports have surfaced that Michele, who plays Rachel Berry on the FOX hit, has just released the cover art to her new album, as well as the first single "Cannonball." According to Perezhilton.com, the song is about overcoming difficult times in one's life.
Earlier this year, Michele lost her boyfriend and fellow "Glee" cast member Cory Monteith. A tribute episode was done, where the powerhouse songstress sang a beautiful version of "Make You Feel My Love."
“Cannonball” is a terrific showcase for Michele’s voice, and also gives hope for future songs.
"Glee" went on its Winter finale December 5th, and is scheduled to return in February, where it moves to Tuesdays.
