For those of you anxious to hear about Neil Patrick Harris' prospective role on Fox's "Glee," you don't have to wait any longer. According to a new story courtesy of Michael Ausiello of Entertainment Weekly, Harris will play an ex-rival of Matthew Morrison's Will who just so happens to be a member of McKinley's school board. In other words: he wants to see the club fail almost as much as Sue Sylvester does.
An insider told Ausiello the following about the role: “Show choir ruined his life, made him feel he could be a star, but all he could do is book Carnival cruises...Now he wants vengeance." Neil will reportedly also sing a duet with Morrison during the episode -- which is easily enough to keep us glued to the TV.
Reports are that this particular episode of "Glee" will be directed by Joss Whedon, who previously worked with the "How I Met Your Mother" star on internet cult hit "Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog."
