Glee, Modern Family earn freshman year Golden Globe nominations

The nominations for the 67th Annual Golden Globes are out, and Fox's Glee cleaned up with four nominations in it's first season.

Glee received nods for Best Comedy, Best Actor (Matthew Morrison), Best Actress (Lea Michele), and Best Supporting Actress for the delightfully demented Jane Lynch.

Nice to see the Globes honoring a show like Glee, which isn't widely popular in terms of overall numbers, but inspires fanatical loyalty from it's devoted watchers. 

ABC's new comedy Modern Family also snagged a Best Comedy nomination, along with 30 Rock, Entourage, and The Office.
