Despite some tabloid rumors that surfaced earlier in the week, "Glee" star Lea Michele never dated Matthew Morrison (who plays teacher Will Schuester) several years ago on Broadway.
Michele recently delivered the news to reporters:
"I've known Matt for years. He's been a friend of mine from New York. People are going to make things up. I think it's just because we really are so close."
As for who she is dating, all she will say is that it is someone who is currently working as a "theatre guy" on Broadway.
As for "Glee," Lea's character of Rachel Berry is currently involved with Jesse St. James, formerly the male lead from Vocal Adrenaline. As we already know, though, Jesse has some intentions outside of winning the affections of McKinley High's standout lead singer.

i really thought they would make a great couple soooooo now im not sure about who she is dating
I think she should date Cory Monteith!!! Even though I want to be dating him (LOL, jk! but he is REALLY fine!), I think they would be a great couple! Morrison is WAY too old for her!
She better not date Matthew. HE.IS.MINE. Lol,jk.... Or am I?!
