Gwyneth Patrow portrays free-spirited substitute teacher Holly Holliday, who fills in for the absent sex-education teacher. Holly Holliday joins forces with Mr. Schuester (Matthew Morrison) to teach the kids of New Directions the facts of life. Meanwhile, Emma (Jayma Mays) heads up the Celibacy Club, and she and Dr. Carl (John Stamos) address some issues in their personal life in the all-new “Sexy” episode of GLEE.

This is Paltrow's second appearance on GLEE. She first appeared on GLEE in the popular episode "The Substitute, where she sang "Forget You," a cleaned up version of Cee Lo Green's Grammy nominated song F-You and a mash-up of teh classic "Singing in the Rain." John Stamos is a repeat guest who portrays Dr. Carl, the seemingly perfect significant other of Emma Pillsbury (Jayma Mays). It was Dr. Carl who performed the dental work on the GLEE Club members in the Britney/Brittany episode, where the gas inspired dreams of Britney Spears. Stamos was just announced as a guest star on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, for an episode this season.
