"Glee" is getting ready to return to Fox, and the cast is still busy filming the big episode 100 for the series. On Monday, Jan. 20, Wetpaint Entertainment shared the latest from the set, and a big moment was filmed yesterday. This moment featured the return of the Unholy Trinity. Dianna Argon, Heather Morris, and Naya Rivera joined together to perform a song, and their fellow cast went wild on Twitter during the filming of the performance.
A lot has been kept under wraps for the episode, but the site teased that the trio will perform Toxic by Britney Spears. The performance will both heat things up and make fans laugh. Kevin McHale teased the following on Twitter:
Can't stop laughing, this number is too good. Hell of a way to start the week.
Harry Shum Jr. also revealed that the performance will take place in the choir room. Yes, this means everyone has returned to McKinley High to say good-bye to New Directions. Sue Sylvester will finally succeed in her quest to take down the glee club. However, fans will see more of Jane Lynch on the series. She will head to New York City when the action moves there completely after episode 100.
What do you think? Are you excited to see this trio perform one last time together? "Glee" will return to Fox on Feb. 25.
