We’ve been hearing a lot about the upcoming 100th episode of “Glee” which is currently in production. According to a Jan. 23 report on Wetpaint, the episode is going to contain one scene in particular that’s a heartbreaker.
Paris Barclay is directing the special season 5 episode entitled “100.” He made a very intriguing tweet in the early morning hours of Jan. 23 and here’s what it said”
“Wish I could explain why I've been bawling on the set of #glee100 tonight. But after the show, you'll know.”
He included a photo with the tweet in which can be seen a table crowded with items. One of those items is a framed photo of Finn (Cory Monteith). We’re wondering if the scene Barclay is referring to has something to do with the characters remembering their friend.
There could be another explanation though. This is the episode where all the graduates will come back to McKinley High to bid farewell to Mr. Schue (Matthew Morrison) as he is leaving for New York.
Amber Riley, who plays Mercedes in the show, tweeted, too: “Thuggin’ it out with the “originals” for this last scene tonight. Early morning flight tomorrow, still haven’t packed as always.”
Now we are curious what there is to be sad about. So many “Glee” episodes have brought a tear to our eyes. Why should this one be any different?
