The Glaser Estate Winery and Distillery has only been open for business for a mere three years. What they have built up and done since that time is a lot! A whole lot. Located in Oregon, Glaser, Sandra and Leon Glaser are the designers, creators and founders behind the magic.
For today, we introduce three of the four liqueurs which are offered by Glaser.
These include Butterscotch, Coffee and Limoncello.
Glaser Distillery Butterscotch:
Glaser Distillery Butterscotch is thick, rich and sweet.
Candy Apple Cocktail
1 Glass of Martinelli's Apple Cider
1 Dash Glaser Distillery Butterscotch Liqueur
Pour ne glass of sparkling cider. Add butterscotch schnapps, to taste, and serve.
Glaser Distillery Coffee:
Glaser Distillery Coffee (48 proof) is an award-winning liqueur, which uses Ethiopian Yirgacheffe coffee beans, as they are the best chemical match for this spirit. The coffee is brewed in small batches at the distillery, then lovingly added to their Vodka for a sweet and polished product, which tastes great by itself, or can be added to desserts or cocktails, to make a White Russian or a Mudslide, for example.
Glaser Distillery Limoncello:
Glaser Distrillery Limoncello (48 proof) is also an award-winning liqueur. It is created with a vodka base, fresh lemons and lemon zest. The three are soaked together for almost two months. It too tastes great by itself, or can be added to desserts or cocktails, to make a lemon drop martini, for example.
