Georgia's Appalachian Trail License Plate
The Appalachian Trail Conservancy is looking for 1,000 people to apply for their specialty plate in Georgia.
As of August 25th, 2009, the ATC had received 374 applications. Once the ATC has received 1,000 applications it will submit one check to the state of Georgia in the amount of $25,000 to cover all the manufacturing fees and all the applications for the proposed license plate allowing the state to begin production of the new license plates.
