November 1 - Art Between The Creeks. Art Between The Creeks, the group of artists that seem to beat to their own bongos, are at it once again holding their Fall Show, titled "TWIST", on November 1st through the 3rd, with the popular opening reception on Friday Nov. 1, from 6-9 p.m., inside the Backyard Boats warehouse at 222 Severn Ave.
November 2 - BIG book sale. The Parole Rotary Books for International Goodwill (B.I.G.) Project will hold a book sale on Saturday from 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. at The Capital building in Annapolis. B.I.G. is the signature project of the Parole Rotary Club and has sent over 6.2 million books to underserved populations in the U.S. and abroad.
November 2 - Maritime Republic of Eastport Tug of War. The 16th annual Tug-of-War, also known as the "Slaughter Across the Water," is slated for Saturday, November 2, starting at the crack of noon at the Eastport Bridge in Annapolis. Festivities including live music, food, adult and kid-friendly beverages before, during and after the tugs. 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. at Annapolis City Dock.
November 2 - Fall 2013 Blood Drive. The Physical and Mental Health Committee of North Arundel County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., cordially invites you to attend the Fall 2013 Blood Drive - Give a Pint, Get a Scoop. The blood drive will be held from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. at the Annapolis Towne Center in front of the Menchies.
November 2 & 3 - Militia Muster. Learn about colonial weapons and life and maybe practice some drilling, too. The re-enactors will have clothing and equipment reflective of the period. Saturday 10 a.m. - 4 p.m., and Sunday Noon - 4 p.m. at Historic London Town and Gardens in Edgewater.
November 3 - Concert of Tastes. Celebrating the 50th Anniversary of Friends of the Annapolis Symphony Orchestra with food, highlighting the area’s finest restaurants. Dine on their signature dishes and sample stellar wines. Local artisans, music, and dancing round out the evening. $75. 6-10 p.m. at Doubletree in Annapolis.
November 7-10 - Muddy Creek Artists Guild Winter Show. Come experience 300 years of arts and fine crafts at Historic London Town and Gardens. The Muddy Creek Artists Guild Annual Winter Show will be held 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. in the Pavilion Building at Historic London Town and Gardens.
