Giuliana arrive directly from shooting E! news to a swarm of photographers. She left her husband Bill Rancic and son at home as she signed photos for new and expectant mommies at the Born Free booth.
She spent a lot of time listening to fan's stories, some having to do with their own struggles with cancer. Many even told her she was an inspiration to them.
She had so much fun she ended up staying longer than expected taking time to take photos with fans. And was really excited to check out all the new baby products, especially the Summer Infant Lil luxuries Whirlpool Tub, which she took home for Duke because he loves his baths.
