Giuliana and Bill Rancic were thrilled that they could find a perfect surrogate so they could have a child of their own. Last year, they got little Duke to start a family and it sounds like they have been working on making time for a second child. Giuliana has said that she wanted a child that was young enough so Duke had a sibling close in age to him. According to a new People report published on Oct. 6, Giuliana and Bill Rancic is now revealing that it wasn’t easy talking to their surrogate about having a second baby.
On the half-way season finale earlier this summer, the couple sat down to talk to their former surrogate to see if she could help them with another child. She showed some hesitation but the answer was not revealed. The show returns in a week where the answer will be revealed. But now, the couple is speaking out about it. "I think her answer will surprise a lot of people," she revealed. "It's not as cut and dry as I think you would expect."
"We're thinking about having kids, but there's nothing solid or concrete. I've got to say that first year was a lot, but when he turned one, it was like a switch turned on. Suddenly it all started making sense and we really got the hang of it. Before, we were like, what about an only child? Now we're thinking, no, we definitely want another child,” she reveals. And her experiences with Duke is making her want another child. "He's such a good boy and he's happy and he's always laughing."
