Gisele and Tom are selling their estate in Los Angeles after spending millions to design and build it. On March 19, Huffington Post reported that Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady have decided to live in Boston full time. And with that decision? The couple should make a fair $30 million in the sale of their LA palace.
"Bundchen and Brady reportedly dropped $20 million constructing the palatial eco-friendly estate, which boasts six bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen, a library, a state-of-the-art gym, a pool and a koi-filled moat," reports Huffington Post. News of the sale came as quite a surprise to fans of The Brady Bunch since this house was the cream of the crop. Literally.
Gisele and Tom built the LA estate as a place for them to go with their families -- to get away from it all. The house was not only huge but had every amenity you could think of... and they designed almost every inch of their castle. With Brady banking on spending the rest of his football career with the New England Patriots, settling in a Boston suburb does seem more practical.
The power couple is building a home in the affluent town of Brookline, Mass. "This 14,000-square-foot home will reportedly feature five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a spa, a library, a motor court, a wine cellar and a yoga studio," reports Huffington Post.
