Gisele, Tom Brady building Boston mansion with July move in hopes

Gisele and Tom Brady are building a Boston mansion, and they are getting ready to move in to the new home soon. The new home is located in Brookline, Mass., and construction is currently on-going. Those working on the home have to move quickly though. It is the wish of Gisele and Tom that they move into their new home before Gisele Bundchen's 34th birthday. Her birthday is on July 20, so that means construction needs to be completed in less than six weeks. News Oxy shared the details of the construction on June 7.

There is a lot of work left to be done on the mansion though. Brady will have an easy commute to the New England Patriots facility once construction is finished. It will take him less than 40 minutes to make the trip. Right now, the home has the wood frame and foundation laid, but that is all that has been completed of the structure. Brady has hired 100 construction works to work around the clock to finish the project by his and Gisele's planned deadline. This new mansion will be 14,000 square feet when it is completed.

What will the home have once it is finished? Details of the inside of the home were also shared by the site. The home will have "five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a motor court, a pool with a Baja shelf – which means you can get a tan while laying in the shallow end – a library with a balcony, a wine cellar and a yoga studio." The structure sits on 5.2 acres of land, so this couple will have their privacy as well.

Gisele and Tom made news just earlier this week by selling their California home. That home had been on the market for two months before Dr. Dre bought it for $40 million dollars. The couple was originally asking for $50 million dollars. According to Fox News, Tom and Gisele bought the property where they built their Brentwood home in 2008 for $11.75 million. That means the couple made a considerable profit from the sale of the home. That home is close to 19,000 square feet.

Dr. Dre can certainly afford the home that Brady built. He just sold Beats Electronics to Apple for $3 billion dollars. After the sale, Dre is worth $800 million dollars, according to dbTechno. The money he used to pay for the Brentwood estate is just a fraction of that amount.

Gisele and Tom plan to make the new mansion in Brookline their permanent home. They do have a residence in New York City as well. That apartment is worth $14 million. Brady said the following about the new home outside Boston: "Gisele and I have eight sisters between us, and there are lots of kids. We built this house as a sanctuary for our family – a place where we can enjoy being together." Gisele also revealed that she wanted a "real home" for her family.

Gisele and Tom have been married since 2009, and they have two children. Their son is four-years-old, and their daughter is one. Brady is a quarterback for the New England Patriots. What do you think? Will Gisele and Tom be able to move into their new home in time to celebrate Gisele's birthday next month?
