Kendra and Miley have pole dancing. Beyonce has ballet. Some celebs a nude yoga session. So why not add trapeze swinging as the latest celebrity craze?

Former Girls Next Door girlfriend, Bridget Marquardt has been swinging into new ventures since her split from Hugh Hefner last year - One of them being an installation of a vintage trapeze swing in her hallway - For exercise!

Bridget reportedly uses the equipment to stay in shape and install it in-house to make easy swinging access, well, easy.

"Trapeze is a great workout," the former Playmate says. "It got me in the best shape in my life. The one I'm putting in my house is vintage style."

Complete with velvet on the ropes and shiny silver bells, the Hugh Hefner Playboy model is able to really get her exercise workout swingin'.

Along with her shiny, new trapeze swing, Bridget also plans to install a swimming pool, complete with a water slide to keep her hiney moving.

Bridget and boyfriend Nicholas Carpenter spent $1.7 million on a their Sherman Oaks home in Los Angeles, CA. Speaking about the property, Bridget said: "It's my first purchase like this! I've never had my own house before."
