Girls Gone Wild's Joe Francis, the chief purveyor of questionable videos featuring drunken post pubescent and college aged nymphets, is being sued in a lawsuit by his ex-cameraman Ryan Simkin.

The former GGW lenser wants to stop Francis from blocking the sale of his tell-all book called "FLASH! Bars, Boobs and Busted: 5 Years on the Road with Girls Gone Wild."

In court documents the former GGW employee describes Francis as a "rapist, child-molester" and even the "Douche of the Decade."

Cameraman turned author Simkin, started filming young naked, girls on spring break  for the GGW franchise in 2002 and knows where the drunk skeletons are buried. He allegedly vividly details incidents involving sex, drugs and more sex in the upcoming tell-all.

Francis got wind of the upcoming tome and took his former employee to court, filing a breach of contract lawsuit. The GGW smut king says like all of his employees Simkin was required to sign a non-disclosure agreement, that prohibited him from "writing and publishing any tell-all books about their work."

Simkin  graphically goes into detail how Joe and his hanger-ons used drugs  an indulged in other scandalous activities while supposedly being on the job.

The scribe lashed out at his former boss in the legal filing saying Francis was a: "Convicted felon; child molester; jail-baiting pervert; pimp; sick bastard; sleaze-peddler; tax cheat; rapist; sleazehole; the epitome of a true misogynist, coked-out amoral direct marketer; violent thug; juvenile smut-peddler; sexual predator; one of the 50 most loathsome people in America; and the Douche of the Decade."
