Heather Hays, 24, is a woman who became extremely upset after her boyfriend wouldn't sleep with her due to his addiction to playing his Xbox 360. On March 15, Hays became so upset, that she has reportedly burst into a super market and assaulted her boyfriend, Eric Zuber, while being naked from the waist down.
Eric Zuber was able to escape Hays and run to a convenience store where he eventually called the police on Hays. Hays was screaming insults at Zuber and she ended up being able to bite his arm. Hays also grabbed his testicle before he was able to fleed.
Hays claimed that Zuber was playing his Xbox 360 for 2 days straight with friends and wouldn't sleep with her at all. Due to his refusal to have sex with her, she felt as if she had been deprived of sex. Of course, this ended up angering Hays to the point where she had gone completely insane.
Even though this is a serious incident, we still don't know the entire story as we haven't heard any comments from Zuber. It seems strange that someone would choose video games over sex, so it's possible something else could be going on, but nothing has been confirmed from anybody as of right now.
Hays, according to police offers in Pennsylvania, has been charged with indecent exposure, simple assault, open lewdness and harassment. It's possible that there may be more charges, but until we receive more word from the police, we won't know for sure.
