Each year, the neighbors on Gifford Lane in Coconut Grove, FL, throw a block party, it's called the Gifford Lane Art Stroll. It's one big party where art, food and cucumber punch are served up to friends and neighbors. It's the place where everybody knows your name.
Part of the proceeds go to charity, but the best part is the fun, camaraderie and old-fashioned All-American feeling, a day that feels like the old days.
