Originally only for the PC, Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams is headed to Xbox Live Arcade and PlayStation Network. The Xbox Live version, will show up for sale on March 20th for 1,200 Microsoft points which equates to $15.
On their official page, Black Forest Games states the PlayStation Network version will arrive about a week later, in April.
Black Forest Games also will be celebrating this release on the BFG Live-Show on March 21st at 7pm CET with interviews and prizes.
Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams is a platformer game that was known as Project Giana during its Kickstarter campaign. Black Forest Games sought to raise $150,000 to finish the project, but ended up receiving over that, at $186,158 with more than 6,000 backers.
Following their successful Kickstarter campaign, Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams appeared on Steam's Greenlight, for users to vote on. The game passed Greenlight and became available on Steam for PC users. Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams is also available on GOG.com.
Overall, the game has received positive reviews based on the average score on Metacritic. Critic reviews gives it an average of 77 out of 100 and user scores is sitting at 8.3 out of 10. If you haven't played the game already, and like platformers, the Xbox Live or PSN version is a good opportunity to try it out.
