Gia Allemand of "The Bachelor" and "Bachelor Pad" fame committed suicide last month and her mother, Donna Micheletti, has decided to talk with Dr. Phil about the situation. On Sept. 10, the interview is set to air according to MSN. Micheletti will offer some answers to the thousands of fans wondering about Gia's life and why she decided to end it early.
"She didn't want to be alone when she left this world. So, she wanted mommy to be there, I guess. It destroys me. But if it made her feel better, then that's fine. I don't mind dealing with this," said Gia's mom.
Gia Allemand's death was really shocking. There were so many people who loved her and no one had anything bad to say about her. She was loved on television just as she was loved in life by her family and dear friends. It is still hard to believe that she is no longer here, but many hope that her mom offers some closure.
As previously reported, Gia was allegedly having some problems with her boyfriend, NBA star Ryan Anderson. It's unknown if there is any truth to this but it's possible that Gia's mom will talk about Gia's struggles with Dr. Phil. Perhaps she will clear up some rumors surrounding her daughter's depression.
Gia Allemand will always be remembered for her smile and her kindness. Her mother was one of her best friends and her interview with Dr. Phil will undoubtedly be very emotional.
