"Ghostbusters" is one of the classic 1980's supernatural comedies. A smooth mix of comedy and horror make this a fun movie to watch over and over again. Who doesn't like Egon's run on sentences full of techno-speak that no one else comprehends? Or Slimer, that hungry little "spud" eating everything and sliming everyone.

It was a sad day on Monday, February 24, 2014, when the announcement was made that Harold Ramis, actor who played Egon Spengler and creator of "Ghostbusters" and many other movies passed away. He was 69 years old and had been battling an autoimmune inflammatory vasculitis for the past four years, according to staff at United Talent Agency, his representatives for many years.

Ramis has written, directed and produced many films in addition to acting in several. He leaves a legacy of great films behind. Ramis is survived by his wife, Erica Mann Ramis, three children and two grandchildren.
